Dan started working with Frank&Olive at the first retreat of 2017, bringing his passion to create experimental new flavours and tastes. Dan has a family background in catering and cooking, which certainly shows in his dishes.

From a unique twist on eggs-royale for breakfast, to his signature curried popcorn to accompany dinner, his exciting and vibrant food is certainly a something to look forward to. Specialising in irresistible buffets to the all important full English breakfasts, Dan caters for any dietary requirement - whether coeliac, vegan or vegetarian; there will always be a mouthwatering dish ready for you


Dan spends a lot of time cooking at home, experimenting with new ingredients and flavours, in preparation for the retreats. With so much time and passion going into his dishes, it's safe to say that you will certainly be blown away. 

In fact, we have had guests threatening to kidnap Dan... I mean, as well as being a god in the kitchen, he's quite a dish himself too ;)
